When this box is checked, the selected document is a stationery pad. When you open a stationery pad, you create a copy of the document.
To turn a stationery pad back into a document that you can change, click to uncheck the box.
To create a new document from the stationery pad, click this button.
To close this dialog box without creating a new document, click this button.
To choose a disk and folder to hold your new document, click this button.
To make the selected document into a stationery pad, click this box. When you open a stationery pad, you create a copy of the document. The original document remains unchanged.
